Mission Statement

Main Street Dance Theatre and resident dance company Big Sky Dance Ensemble have created an annual performance calendar designed to meet the needs of the various dance students, in all styles of dance, who study at our studios.
Our annual performance repertoire ranges from the Sweet Pea Festival, "Dancing Story Times," the "Nutcracker," "T’was the Night before Christmas," "Contemporary meets Classical" the Spring Gala, various academic outreach programs throughout the year, and our end of the year Spring Recital.
All students are invited to perform in most venues and are highly encouraged to bring their weeks of training and rehearsal to the stage.
Dance performances are a happy, exciting tradition and performing in front of an audience is a big deal! The discipline of the dancer in performances reflects their hard work, dedication to the art and beauty of dance, and also further develops their talent and artistry for dance.
